Chief Medical Officer [CMO]

The Chief Medical Officers job is to monitor the daily running of the National Health Service there involvement makes sure of a smooth operation.

CMOs have the final say on all matters in the NHS they also handle relations with the other factions. (Altis Police Service, The Poseidon Cartel)

Consultant`s are the back bone of the National Health Service handling all the administrative work, there job ensure`s the efficient running of all the Departments (NHS Air Rescue, NHS Road Incident Responder, NHS Application Team, NHS Training Department) The CST`s achieve this by dividing the work load which is done by appointing Heads and Deputies, such roles are given out by the CMOs. CST's deal with and internal issues within the Faction.

Students are the first Rank on your National Health Service career. There are Two Types of student pardoned and Full. Pardoned Students can only patrol with Paramedic and above and cannot patrol on there own whereas Full Students can patrol with any NHS member and when there are none on the island they are permitted to patrol by them self in hatchback or the Van (Ambulance).
