The RBA International Reserve is a Building Located North of Lakka . The International Reserve holds the banks foreign currencies (A total of 24 piles of cash) . This is stored within a secure Vault located in the main building.

Robbery Process
So you are wanting to make alot of cash? Well there are a few things you should know first
- Firstly, Make sure you have a Code breaker in your 'Y Inventory' (These can be bought from either Blackmarket, Rebel Outpost, or Advanced Weapons) and make sure there are at least 10 Police officers online.
- Make your way to the compound and walk up to one of the 3 entrances. Once you are at this stage open up your 'Y Inventory and select the Code Breaker, then press 'use'. When you initiate this process a screen will pop up showing the code breaker guessing random codes which will eventually open up the door. (Repeat this step at the vault.)
- After this process has been initiated the Police will be alerted and may turn up and send in a negotiator who will attempt to resolve the situation peacefully, if the robbers choose to negotiate the officer will try to work a solution with the robbers. However if they chose not to negotiate or the negotiations fail then the police may attempt to stop you gaining access to the building and prevent you from stealing the cash.
- Once the building is breached you will have to breach the vault (using the code breaker like in step 2). When in the vault you will have to bag the cash, to do this look directly at the piles of money on the red shelves and press your 'Windows key'. (this is quite heavy, and you wont be able to carry it all and you will have to store the majority of it in a vehicle.
- Finally when this process is done you can take the cash to The Laundry to Launder the dirty money into usable cash. Be careful though as this is located in the Red Zones.
