Altis NHS
I've spent the majority of my time on RPUK as a member of the NHS. It's the only faction I've been apart of since I started playing on the server.
Starting as a "Doctor in Training" (now called Student) I managed to work my way up through the ranks to the position of Chief Medical Officer in 2016.
