In order to join us the applicant will have to be at least the rank of Halcone in the Cartel. They will also have to pass a test which is designed to test all of their skills to make sure they are capable of operating the helicopter under very hard conditions. This test is meant to be hard and that is also why it’s pass rate is only about 30%.
