There are different Mod Shops across the island depending on the kind of vehicle/aircraft you wish to modify.
Vehicle Mod Shop
The Vehicle Mod Shop is the only location on the entire island where you can go to modify and improve your land vehicle's. Some vehicles have low fuel capacity therefore refueling becomes common and a chore or some vehicles have a weaker chassis than others. By adding modifications you can improve your cars efficiency and resistance to damage. Modifications can be expensive and at times cost more than the original price of the vehicle, however, they can help you prevent those sticky situations.
