Realizing that there is a major demand for high-end gear, [[weapons]] and [[vehicles]] on the island, a few business savvy citizens decided to embrace the rebel activity and start a smuggling ring to start fulfilling this demand; setting up at the Rebel Outpost so anyone is able to purchase these illegal items at a somewhat competitive price at their own risk. However, to help support this smuggling activity a one-off membership payment of £500,000 is required in order to purchase items from here.
