Group Properties

Group Properties and other buildings can be extremely useful, they allow you to store items both Virtual and Inventory whether they are illegal or not. They may also provide a place of refuge. In order to purchase a Group Property you need to first own the Home License which is purchasable from any DVLA for £75,000. To buy any property simply walk up to any door and press 'Windows Key', if the building is on the market you will be presented with a series of conformation screens showing you the buildings information. Money will come straight out of your bank account when purchasing any property.

To open the doors of your newly brought property press 'U'.

To access the properties settings and information, press 'Windows Key'. Make sure you pay your Rent otherwise your property will be reclaimed and all items within the storage will be discarded.

Vehicle Garage	Allows you to pull out Vehicles and store them at your Group Property. DOES NOT INCLUDE AIR VEHICLES.	£5,000,000

Clothing Store	Gives access to clothing. If your group is set up as a Gang, you will require a rebel license to access the rebel clothing store.	£5,000,000

Resupply Point	Allows you to store and resupply magazines in your storage. Any magazines that are placed into storage are resupplied and fully loaded.	£5,000,000
CCTV	Go the extra mile by installing cameras in your property. Access these cameras while on the go by using the Properties Menu from your Y Menu.	£5,000,000
