Shop main menu

We are pleased that the vast majority of our economy is very player-driven. With this we have the ingame Shop Management interface for owners and employees.

Information about obtaining shops has recently been posted on the forums - please read

Item Categorisation

On the 'Manage Prices' tab you can input your personal sale price for every item that your shop-type is able to sell.

Generate Order

On this menu you can generate orders from any of the server warehouses applicable to your business nature.

Orders work in a 'shopping cart' style where you need to 'Select' multiple items to add in to your order.

Do remember: there's only a certain amount of some imported goods (e.g imported cars) each month! When they've gone for that month, they've gone!

Manage Orders

Orders that have been generated can then be fulfilled by any delivery driver at the select warehouse and driven to your store. They will then drive and deliver them to your business, where they will go straight into storage (or stock in the case of a vehicle).

Manage Shop

Manage Employees

Within this menu you can add or remove employees access to the business. Be wary: your employees have access to everything in your shop other than the 'Manage Shop' settings.

Manage Upgrades

There are currently only a couple of upgrades available to shops, but we definitely plan for more in future. If you have suggestions for shop upgrades please raise these to the City Council.

Discord Webhook - by purchasing this upgrade you can send messages to a discord server / channel of your choice for every transaction at your shop. Guidance on how to setup the webhook in discord is here

Shop Overheads / Tax

On the 1st of every month there is an overhead tax, taken from each businesses cash (in storage) and paid to the city council.

You MUST have the amount of cash, specified on the 'Manage Shop' screen, held in cash storage by 1st of each month at 08:00am - regardless of when you took ownership of the shop.

Failure to pay overheads will result in contact from the City Council, and refusal to pay / ask for extensions will ultimately result in shop removal.

Shop Storage

Your 'shop storage' is an inventory of items not yet assigned a price / placed into your stock. It can only hold items in your category above.

This is also where cash is deposited after sales and where cash can be left for upgrades / tax.
