Consultant`s are the back bone of the [[National Health Service]] handling all the administrative work, there job ensure`s the efficient running of all the Departments ([[NHS Air Rescue]], [[NHS Road Incident Responder]], [[NHS Application Team]], [[NHS Training Department]]) The CST`s achieve this by dividing the work load which is done by appointing Heads and Deputies, such roles are given out by the CMOs. CST's deal with and internal issues within the Faction. when a CST resigns they join the senior department where they will stay a doctor unless they return to be a CST. 
 
==Doctor [DR]==

Doctors also  have to complete 4 hours a month to sustain there Rank as they get perks when there off-duty. A off-duty doctor can use the defibrillator on patients once any on-duty medics are more than 1 KM (1 click) away and they also buy the defibrillators at a 50% discount from the hospital.

Paramedics can join departments ([[NHS Air Rescue]], [[NHS Road Incident Responder]], [[NHS Application Team]], [[NHS Training Department]](MTO) ) they can join Air rescue or Road incident responder not both at the same time and they can join the Application team and the MTOs but again not both. Paramedics also get access to the [[PO-30 Orca]]  and lead a Air rescue patrol by themselves. Parmedics can spend many of there hours in the orca.

First Aider is the rank where Medics experience there first sense of freedom. First Aiders can patrol on there own at any time with out the need of another medic to patrol with and get access to the [[SUV]]. Many First Aiders choose to patrol alone as they enjoy the independence. <br />

Students are the first Rank on your [[National Health Service]] career. There are Two Types of student pardoned and Full. Pardoned Students can '''only''' patrol with Paramedic and above and cannot patrol on there own whereas Full Students can patrol with any NHS member and when there are none on the island they are permitted to patrol by them self in [[hatchback]] or the [[Van (Ambulance)]]. <br />
