Group Properties and other buildings can be extremely useful, they allow you to store items both Virtual and Inventory whether they are illegal or not. They may also provide a place of refuge. In order to purchase a Group Property you need to first own the [[Licenses|Home License]] which is purchasable from any [[DVLA]] for £75,000. To buy any property simply walk up to any door and press 'Windows Key', if the building is on the market you will be presented with a series of conformation screens showing you the buildings information.
