Here at Roleplay.co.uk, we endeavor to give all of our players a smooth experience. Sometimes, though - things do go wrong. If you happen to stumble across one of these hiccups or know of something we could fix, there are places to report it.
For general bugs and deficiencies such as an in-game mechanic not working properly and is a nuisance, please make a forum report, which is linked below.
If the item is exploitable, such as a money dupe, a vulnerability in any of our systems or could in any way be used to harm our infrastructure or gameplay - this must be sent directly to one of the Development Team. Please do not use the staff team or other people to pass the message on to the development team since this will make the issue more widely known before we have the opportunity to fix it, and such things can be viewed in a poor light if that middleman goes on to exploit it themselves. (Please note: intentional exploitation of these issues is a very serious matter which is not dealt with lightly).
Security issues, such as XSS or SQLi on our systems MUST be reported only to Management.
If you are unsure whether something is an exploit and want a clarification before doing it, talk to a member of the staff team who will be happy to help.
Post your Reports of Issues on the respective pages:
