This is normally reviewed in under 24 hours by the [[NHS Application Team.]] Upon the application meeting a satisfactory standard they are then invited to take part in an interview where further questions are asked. If the interview is successful they become a Student within the NHS. If any section of the recruitment process is unsatisfactory, cool downs are usually issued and they may redo either part after a certain set time frame.
