[[Kavala]], one of the busiest and most important places on [[Altis]]; it's a flourishing city, full of people working hard, running their businesses and enjoying natural beauty of its surrounding peaks, beaches and hills, making it an exceptional place for hiking and sightseeing. As every big city, it is full of criminal activities and organised rebel groups, one could even go as far as calling it a dangerous place. The safety of the city and its suburban areas is our task, with many drug trafficking hotspots there is a lot to do. Always watch your back, never go alone. It's important to realise that we are not here only to chase and catch bad guys, we are here to help people with their day to day issues. No problem is too small, no task is too big.
The City of Kavala Constabulary is responsible for keeping law and order in the city of Kavala. This is primarily done through vehicle patrols, police presence and police intelligence. The City of Kavala Constabulary is open and currently sits at 33 total members. The main area's of interest in Kavala that the Constabulary focuses on are as follows: AR Weapon Cache, Kavala Fuel, 10 Kavala Street, Aluminium Processor, Glass Trader, PC Factory, Factory, Weed Processor, Copper Processor, Plastic Processor, Kore Fuel, Stadium Fuel, Altis Metal Exports. Agglechori Fuel, Aluminium Mine, Copper Mine. Drug Dealer and Wood Fuel Buyer.

Disciplinary issues should only be raised directly to the CSI if the incident is against a CI or SI, or you feel an SI has not properly handled a concern. Anyone on any form of a trial will be watched and any mistakes that we believe are not appropriate for the rank in which you are on trial for will be noted and used when deciding on whether or not you have passed your trial.
Be aware that the SI’s and CSI are very busy and cannot always help you, we ask for your patience and cooperation. Remember you can always talk to an INS or CI if the matter is urgent.

Each Tuesday at 20:00 GMT a SGT+ meeting is convened where members of The City of Kavala constabulary can voice their opinions, bring up any points they want escalated, discuss ways to improve and debate promotions as well as demotions.

The main aspects Kavala Constabulary look for are:

Feedback: 'Does the individual have a track record of consistent proficiency across all aspects of policing, are they often touted as good patrol partners by a diverse range of officers?'

Activity: 'Are they patrolling regularly on ordinary patrols as well as their specialist patrols, and getting involved with members of the constabulary?'

Acuity: 'Can this person hold their own in a role-play scenario, keep their cool in negotiations, have clear and consistent communications with people both in person and over the radio?'

Leadership: 'Will this individual step up and lead when the need arises, and if so, do they perform confidently?'

Combat: 'When the chips are down, can they not only hold their own but get the most out of their fellow officer in the most stressful of situations?'
