Marijuana
Cannabis is Illegal in Los Santos However, is known to be grow in specific locations and is openly available to everyone. This makes it risky as cops could turn up at any time of find you nearby. It's not worth as much as the others but easiy accesible without any work.

Collecting (Cannabis)
To collect Cannabis head over the the Weed Field (Green 'Weed' On map) Once you have arrived walk up to a plant and Press E to begin harvesting. Repeat this untill you are finished. You can store them in a vehicle by looking at a vehicle, Pressing Y and dragging the item to the right hand side
Processing (Marijuana)
To Process the Cannabis into Marijuana, head over to the Weed Processor, When in the correct area you will have the ability to press E to Process 1 Cannabis into 1 Marijuana. Repeat untill complete.

Meth is the most valuable drug in Los Santos, It's highly illegal and draws alot of attention. Trying to intercept and locate the Pseudoephedrine location is difficult but can be worth a fortune upon doing so.
Meth is a powerful drug able to give you added Strength (+10 Armour) as well as increase your running speed for up to 5 seconds.
Collecting (Pseudoephedrine)
Collecting is risky as it tends to be washed up from sea. This means that you sometimes have to get yourself wet in order to get your hands on the products. Once you have got to one you are able to collect it by pressing E. You can store them in a vehicle by looking at a vehicle, Pressing Y and dragging the item to the right hand
