There are Two Types of student: pardoned and Full. Pardoned Students can '''only''' patrol with Paramedic and above and cannot patrol on their own whereas Full Students can patrol with any NHS member and when there are none on the island they are permitted to patrol by themselves in either the [[hatchback]] or the [[Van (Ambulance)]]. <br />
