Single Ownership Properties

Houses and other buildings can be extremely useful, they allow you to store items both Virtual and Inventory whether they are illegal or not. They may also provide a place of refuge. In order to purchase a house you need to first own the Home License which is purchasable from any DVLA for £75,000. To but a property simply walk up to any door and press 'Windows Key', if the building is on the market you will be presented with a series of conformation screens showing you the buildings information. Money will come straight out of your bank account when purchasing any property.
